Great quality of products and wonderful service, staff were really nice and friendly and there's a large range of kimono styles and products to choose from. There is also a nice range of t-shirt sizes which can be difficult to find in Japan. 10/10 would recommend for a gift or for a high quality treat for yourself

A very unique store that features clothing and accessories made from kimonos! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even brought out additional shirts with different kimono patterns for me to peruse. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Asakusa area - I wound up purchasing a few shirts (the shirt pocket is made from kimono pattern fabric), pouches, and a hat.
They also have a sister store a block away that specializes in shoes

Lovely store with absolutely beautiful and unique items! I bought a stunning kimono hat and received many compliments on it. I went back for a second visit to the store about a week after my first visit to purchase gifts for family and friends. I love how they're upcycling these stunning fabrics into items you can use in your everyday life such as hats, t-shirts, wallets, pouches, bags, backpacks, etc. And every item is one of a kind! They might make multiple items from the same kimono fabric, but no two are identical! I can't recommend this place enough. Make sure you stop by and see them! Excellent designs. The concept is simple - shirts with front pockets made of high quality kimono cloth. But depending on the combination, the look can range from quirky to sophisticated. The cut of the shirts looked great on my husband. The owner was helpful, friendly, and spoke English fluently. We ended up getting five shirts for ourselves. Our purchase was tax-free upon showing our passports. It’s a great gift to bring home given the wearability and unique Japanese elements

Toller Laden mit Produkten, wie Schuhen und T-Shirts gemacht aus originalem Kimono-Stoff.
Der Besitzer und sein Kollege waren beide sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich zu uns. Er sprach sehr gutes Englisch und so konnten wir uns auch noch über unsere Japan-Reise unterhalten.

Excellent designs. The concept is simple - shirts with front pockets made of high quality kimono cloth. But depending on the combination, the look can range from quirky to sophisticated. The cut of the shirts looked great on my husband. The owner was helpful, friendly, and spoke English fluently. We ended up getting five shirts for ourselves. Our purchase was tax-free upon showing our passports. It’s a great gift to bring home given the wearability and unique Japanese elements

Great quality of products and wonderful service, staff were really nice and friendly and there's a large range of kimono styles and products to choose from. There is also a nice range of t-shirt sizes which can be difficult to find in Japan. 10/10 would recommend for a gift or for a high quality treat for yourself

A very unique store that features clothing and accessories made from kimonos! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even brought out additional shirts with different kimono patterns for me to peruse. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Asakusa area - I wound up purchasing a few shirts (the shirt pocket is made from kimono pattern fabric), pouches, and a hat.
They also have a sister store a block away that specializes in shoes

Lovely store with absolutely beautiful and unique items! I bought a stunning kimono hat and received many compliments on it. I went back for a second visit to the store about a week after my first visit to purchase gifts for family and friends. I love how they're upcycling these stunning fabrics into items you can use in your everyday life such as hats, t-shirts, wallets, pouches, bags, backpacks, etc. And every item is one of a kind! They might make multiple items from the same kimono fabric, but no two are identical! I can't recommend this place enough. Make sure you stop by and see them!
